I have already rolled back my BIOS, and all the video drivers, Reset windows, and looked online. Temps stay stable and CPU usage stays around 40 to 50%.

Not sure if this happened right after the RMA as I didn't have a chance to play any of these games for a bit and now Support wants me to buy an extended warranty just to diag the problem, plus cost to fix. This really seems to be an issue between the Nvidia and Intel graphics and the system not wanting to run games only on the Nvidia card. I installed a monitor program and watched the GPU Core and memory clock jump from high end to suddenly going down to 300 hz core and 450 hz memory clocks, then back up to around 1g core. After getting my laptop back from RMA all my GPU demanding games are having major FPS drop, runs at max frame rate caps (I've tried from 55 to 80) and suddenly drop to 3 or 4, run low teens for a bit go back to cap for a few frames and then drops back down.
